Led by Experience
Crucial Business Consulting was founded by Felipe Roque, a seasoned strategist, operator, and data nerd with a passion for solving business problems with clarity and precision, whose career has been anything but one-dimensional. The company was built on the idea that good decisions aren’t made by chance — they’re made when clear strategy meets real-world experience and solid data.
After starting out in the corporate world, he grew up to manage brands and lead strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 companies across international markets, when he became known not just for delivering results, but for his ability to connect dots others missed — spotting patterns, asking better questions, and bringing clarity where things felt complex.
Eventually, he stepped away from big organizations (and his home country) to get hands-on with running a small business, and what started as a tiny local operation grew into a 7-figure business, voted the 2nd best in Central Florida. A chapter not just about business growth, but a crash course in operations, customer pain points, hiring, and the day-to-day realities most business owners face.
Along the way, Felipe never stopped learning — sharpening his skills in data analysis, coding, geospatial tools, and everything in between. Ultimately, he is a strategist at heart with a unique love for maps, analytics, and solving tough business problems.
